I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable with a unique design, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience! The location was superb, right in the centre of Bristol with excellent dining options nearby. The rooms were cozy and had a very romantic ambience, and the service was top-notch. However, the restaurant had some menu items unavailable, which was a bit of a letdown.
